For bespoke software development, AI model creation, and other services rendered to a client ("Client"), all intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, and trade secrets, for the final, delivered work product ("Deliverables") will be transferred to the Client upon full and final payment as stipulated in the individual Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed between Evren AI and the Client. Evren AI retains no ownership claim over the Client's unique Deliverables.

Evren AI makes no representations or warranties in relation to this Site or the information and materials provided.
