You keep client projects on track without losing sight of why they exist. You can run a sprint review in the morning, reassure a worried client at lunch and unblock an engineer by the afternoon. At Evren AI, you'll lead the delivery of AI-powered web, mobile and enterprise products for our clients, from kickoff to launch.
What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of several client projects at once, from kickoff and scoping through launch and handover
- Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives with engineering, design and QA
- Be the main point of contact for clients: set clear expectations, share progress every week and manage change requests
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks, and raise problems early with a plan to solve them
- Work with our engineers and AI leads to turn product ideas into clear, estimated backlog items
- Improve how Evren delivers, from project templates to reporting, so every engagement runs a little better than the last
What You Bring
- 6+ years managing software projects, including at least 3 years of client-facing delivery at an agency, studio or consultancy
- Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira, Linear or ClickUp
- Enough technical understanding of web, mobile and cloud projects to have real conversations with engineers
- Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence presenting to founders and executives
- Calm under pressure: you can balance what a client wants with what the team can realistically deliver
- Experience working across time zones with international clients
